Please note that delivery times will be affected over bank holiday periods and an additional day may be added to the dispatch time. Large items may be sent by courier, we will contact you if this is the case.
You will receive an email when your goods are ready to ship. we guarantee your goods will be sent out within 72 hours of order.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Changed your mind? Don’t worry, you can return items in just a click.
We’ll be happy to exchange or refund, within 14 days of you receiving the items you ordered. Items must be returned with the original receipt, unworn and in the condition they were purchased, including all labels, tags and packaging. The refund will be issued on the method of payment you used.
We may have a right of action against you for compensation if you do not comply with this obligation. Items should be returned with original packaging and tags wherever possible. All items returned are at your own risk so please ensure sure you obtain a 'proof of posting' from your Post Office or dispatch agent.
Unfortunately we're unable to reimburse the cost of any return postage paid directly or for any returns sent before free returns were offered.
If exchanging items and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method.
If exchanging items and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.
Where payment has been made via PayPal,If the new item you would like is of greater value, a new order will be required.
Replacement items will be sent free of additional delivery charges.
If returning a single item to us from an order placed under a multi-buy offer, this may be exchanged for an alternative product included in the same offer. Alternatively the balance refunded will take into account the un-discounted price of the retained item/s.
